  • Core Theory Fitness is a semi‑private personal training studio that integrates strength training with metabolic health coaching for women in perimenopause and individuals using GLP‑1 therapy. Our semi‑private sessions include a maximum of 3 clients. In addition, we offer 1:1 assessments, 1:1 personal training, and weekly form workshops.

  • No. When people think of lifting heavy weights, they often picture a female bodybuilder with bulging muscles. To get that level of muscle, you will need to lift extremely heavy 4-5 days a week, eat in a calorie surplus with high carbs and protein, and it takes YEARS (and sometimes performance-enhancing supplements) to reach that amount of muscle.

With consistency in training, what you will achieve at Core Theory Fitness is a measurable amount of increased strength, mitigate muscle loss, and maintain or increase bone density.

  • Semi‑private personal training is 1:1 personal training at heart, with the benefit of a reduced rate. You will receive the same customization and direct form coaching as you would in one‑on‑one personal training, along with guidance on strength, recovery, and movement, while working alongside 1–2 other clients. (Maximum of 3 people in a session)

Core Theory Fitness does not offer traditional group fitness classes. Group fitness is usually an instructor‑led class, with the instructor at the front and you following along, often with 10+ (and sometimes 20+) students at the same time, all following the same routine, with no customization.
