Core Theory Fitness is a Semi-Private personal training studio. Semi-private has a maximum of 4 clients. Additionally, we have one-on-one assessments and personal training, and weekly form workshops.

Semi-private personal training is 1:1 personal training at heart, with the benefit of a reduced rate. You will receive the same customization and direct form adjustment as you would in personal training while working alongside 1-3 other clients.
Core Theory Fitness does not offer traditional group fitness classes. Group fitness is typically an instructor-led class, with the instructor at the front and you following along, often with 10+ (and sometimes 20+) students at the same time, all following the same routine, no customization.

Pricing is based on the type of session: 1:1 personal training, semi-private personal training, and workshops.
1:1 training is $85-100/hour.
Semi-private allows you to receive the customization of 1:1 personal training at a reduced cost, while working alongside 1-3 other clients. $35-50/session
Form workshops are a flat rate, with discounts for members. Maximum 8 people. $30/session
