You will be able to view your entire 12 week workout schedule, keep track of every set, rep, weight that you do so you can view your results anytime, even in graph format! After entering your before photo and body measurements, a custom nutrition program will be created along with a shopping list! As your body changes, so shall your nutritional intake. Your plan will be updated monthly based on the measurements you enter!
